Instructions for Use of the Ergani System <\/span><\/p>\n

Procedure for recording basic terms of employment <\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Following the Circular of the Federation of Employers and Industrialists (OEB) issued on December 20, 2024 regarding the Obligation to Register Essential Terms of Employment of all Employees in the “ERGANI” Information System, we inform you of the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. The Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance has today issued an <\/span> Information Brochure<\/span> with <\/span>Instructions for the Use of the “ERGANI” System for the Procedure for the Recording of Basic Conditions of Employment<\/span>, which is attached. <\/span> <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. The “ERGANI” system enables bulk import, cancellation or correct repetition of terms, through loading of excel and xml files.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Businesses will be able to access the “ERGANI” system for the Basic Conditions of Employment Registration Procedure today at 4:00pm.<\/span><\/p>\n
