BusinessEurope, of which the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB) is a member of, has been a keen supporter of the European project already in the early stages of the preparation of the Treaty of Rome. It is undoubted that Europe remains one of the best places to live in the world and must be defended and strengthened in order to become stronger and more competitive. The European project, which has led to the establishment of the EU, has brought prosperity to Europeans and unprecedented peace and stability in the region.<\/p>\n

The European business community stands united in expressing its support for the European integration project and is ready to contribute to its continuous progress. In its Declaration, the business community sets out the main pillars for the future of Europe.<\/p>\n
