COUNCIL OF MANAGEMENTConsists of 67 Members, who in accordance with the Articles of Association, represent all sectors of economic activity. Elects the Chairman and the Executive Committee of OEB and formulates the Federation’s general policy.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEEConsists of 16 Members. Promotes the aims and objectives of OEB within the framework of the general policy set by the Council of Management.
CHAIRMAN - DR ANDREAS PITTASPresides over the Annual General Meeting, the Council of Management and the Executive Committee.
DIRECTOR GENERAL - MICHAEL PILIKOSHeads the Secretariat of the Federation. Proposes policy guidelines and ensures that decisions taken by the Council of Management and the Executive Committee are implemented. Ex-officio full member of both bodies.
